Slow Cooker Eye of Round Roast

1 frozen eye of round roast
1 bag frozen yellow squash
1/4 c Worchestershire sauce
3 tbs port
2 onions, quartered
3 tbs crushed garlic
3 tbs Montreal steak seasonings

Throw all the ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low.
