Dairy-Free Pancakes

1 c oat flour
1 c white whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
allspice
cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 c almond milk
1/2 c olive oil
2 eggs
1/4 c brown sugar

ix together flours, spices, baking soda, salt.  Set aside.  In another bowl, whip together eggs, almond milk, oil, and sugar.  Mix in the dry ingredients.  Cook on griddle.
