1/2 c olive oil mayonnaise
1/2 c fat-free Greek yogurt
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 c sun dried tomatoes, drained of oil
4 frozen tilapia filet (or other white fish)
Preheat oven to 425F. Combine first 6 ingredients in a food processor. Place fillets in a baking dish and cover with mayo mixture. Bake for about 45 minutes, or until cooked through.
