Adapted from Rachael Ray
3-4 chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
2 tbs McCormick’s Smokehouse maple
½ tsp chipotle powder
1 tsp cumin
1 onion, diced
2 tbs agave nectar
1 cup cashews
Cook chicken in oil with seasoning on medium high heat. Served with veggies.
